"I've been playing the guitar for over 40 years now and am still learning new stuff all the time. I started playing popular english traditional songs at the tender age of 16, moving to more contempory folk in the seventies. I was in a duo called 'Oddfolk' with Phil Beer (Show of Hands) when I wrote my first opera about the Cornish legend Jan Tregeagle which was released by R&A Records. I then started a solo career writing and producing my first album called Cloudburst which has just recently been re- released on the Tabitha Record label, and then teamed up with Dave Eustace and Olly Dowlen to form 'The Collection' which won the Melody Maker Folk competition way back when. A variety of different acts followed including "Desperate Measures" doing original and classic rock covers, and 'The Concert Boys' playing American Bluegrass music until the most recently formed trio 'The Boys From Melbourne Street' who are currently working on their 3rd album realease and have supported a number of national and international performers including Gordon Giltrap, Thea Gilmore, The Proclaimers and Susanne Vega. I have my own Ceilidh Band called 'Barnstormers' and have also had the privilege of playing guitar for 'Sheer Hopody', 'Footloose', 'Pigs Whisper', 'Mooncoin' and 'Mrs Crottys Ceilidh Band'."

Colin occasionally stands-in for Adrian if he's unavailable.
